This one starts in Rome, where some guys are tuning a huge church organ. They find a piece of parchment inside, but when a church official (Father Giallo) comes to claim it, he has his men kill the two guys who found it. The parchment turns out to be a map showing the location of some valuable stones. He decides to be a bit smarter about committing crimes this time around and waits for a while before disguising himself and robbing a jewelry store. This one follows straight from last issue, with Spider-Man trapped under tons of steel and the chamber about to be flooded. He summons all his strength and will power, lifting the impossible weight off himself and grabbing the serum just in time. The chamber floods but he rides it out and makes it to the surface, only to run into the Master Planner’s gang again. This one starts with Eve meeting General Rockwell in a secluded spot to talk about helping DOSA get into the Library. Eve says she’ll do it as long as DOSA follows her plan and they let the Librarians go free. Rockwell argues that last point, but finally agrees when Eve threatens not to help her. This one continues right from last issue with Green goblin bringing the unconscious Spider-Man to the mob meeting to show up the Crime Master. The mobsters immediately decide they prefer Green goblin as their leader, since he beat Spider-Man. But Spidey’s not finished yet; he wakes up and starts struggling, tossing goons around even though he’s chained up.
