Episode 10: Show Me the Monkey

This one starts about six weeks after the last episode, with Mindy O’Dell coming to see Keith at his office. She insists her husband (Cyrus O’Dell, Dean of Hearst College, who was found dead at the end of last episode) didn’t kill himself; she says her infidelity would’ve made him morose and he might’ve even divorced her, but he’d never commit suicide. Episode 9: Spit and Eggs

This one starts in medias res, with Piz and Mac at a big party wondering where Veronica is. Veronica’s currently running through the empty halls of the dorm, frantically hammering at Piz’s door. But Piz isn’t there, so Veronica collapses on the floor and we see blood on her face. Some dude walks up beside her, but we don’t see who it is. Episode 7: Of Vice and Men

This one starts with Veronica collecting some clothes and stuff from home and trying to sneak out. No, she’s not shacking up with Logan, she’s just being all judgmental about her dad banging Harmony (who’s married) and doesn’t want to live with him right now. (Veronica is mad at Logan too, since he swears Mercer has an alibi for the third rape, but refuses to tell her where they were or what they were doing.) Episode 6: Hi, Infidelity

This one starts in Dean O’Dell’s office, where he’s giving Claire shit for faking being raped. Apparently, Veronica took the evidence to the alternative newspaper, since Nish refused to print it in the regular paper. O’Dell expels Claire and tells Nish she’s done as editor of the paper. Episode 5: President Evil

This one starts with Veronica showing Claire the ATM photo of her (totally wasted) with the mystery dude who probably raped her. Claire doesn’t recognize him, but says he made her max out her ATM card that night. Veronica points out a crest or logo on the guy’s shirt, but neither she nor Claire can make it out. Episode 4: Charlie Don’t Surf

This one starts with Logan coming over for dinner with Veronica and her dad, which makes Veronica nervous as hell. She tries to control the conversation, keeping Keith from asking anything too serious, and keeping Logan from responding with his usual snark. Naturally, her tactics make everyone feel awkward. Episode 3: Wichita Linebacker

This one starts wit Veronica musing about how barbaric football is and perusing an article about a feminist sorority (Lilith House) protesting the recent rapes on campus by going topless with a banner at a football game. Logan likes the topless part, but zones out when Veronica starts talking feminist politics. Veronica gets a little miffed when a couple of hotties (from weightlifting class) invite Logan to a party. Episode 2: My Big Fat Greek Rush Week

This one starts shortly after the end of last episode, with Parker talking to a cop. She doesn’t remember anything after a rush party at Zeta Theta Beta sorority and woke up naked with her head shaved … just like the previous rape victims. Veronica feels bad because she was in the room to get the movie tickets while the rapist was there and assumed Parker was just getting laid because told her Parker was kinda slutty. Episode 1: Welcome Wagon

Welcome to the third season of Veronica Mars. This episode introduces us to Veronica’s new circumstances and brings in a couple of new characters. Veronica’s attending Hearst College now (along with Logan, Wallace, and Mac) and still living at home with her dad.
